When: On May 23, 2009
Where: At the Bull Ring, theatre of dreams in South Africa, aka Wanderers, Johannesburg
Who won: Royal Challengers won by six wickets – the Good Times will continue
Man of the match: Manish Pandey
What'd he do: The young man yet again set up the chase for Royal Challengers Bangalore with a brilliant effort which showed the fearlessness of youth.
MVP of the match: Anil Kumble for motivating his team to come back after a great start by the Chennai Super Kings openers.
Turning points: Anil Kumble's decision to hold back an expensive Vinay Kumar's final over till the very end
Innovative stroke: Towards the end, Virat Kohli showed he has the courage to take on the world's best as he danced down the track to Muralitharan and slammed him straight down the ground for a six and that too in the pressure-packed 18th over of the match.

Captain vs. Captain: Anil Kumble did a brilliant job on the field to pull back things after Matthew Hayden and Parthiv Patel went off the radar, MS Dhoni tried to bring sanity to the proceedings but was undone by Manish Pandey & Co.
